Exhibit Space Specifications:

Indoor exhibit spaces are located in the Foyer outside the main Ballroom in the Marriott Courtyard Liberty Station (San Diego) and one section of the Embassy Suites USF Ballroom (Tampa); Outdoor equipment spaces, suitable for drilling rigs, mobile labs and direct push rigs, are in a level parking lot immediately adjacent to the meeting rooms. All other outdoor workshops and equipment demos will take place on the hotel property. Security will be provided for all outdoor exhibits during overnight hours.

30 Indoor exhibit spaces (8' x 30" table top displays) will be available in the indoor exhibit area at each event. 10 Outdoor exhibit spaces (15' x 30') will be available. Showcase Your New Products in Indoor and Outdoor Workshops and Field Equipment Demos:

All companies registered for these events prior to October 1, 2011 have the opportunity to present at least two educational workshops (either Indoor or Outdoor) as part of their exhibitor registration fee. Companies registering after October 1 will be able to participate on an "as event scheduling permits" basis. Workshop titles and descriptions must be submitted to the event coordinator for approval and scheduling on the workshop submission form, which will be provided to each Exhibitor. When deciding on the length of a workshop, do not underestimate the amount of time you need to do a thorough job and to accommodate attendee participation and questions.

Please note the following when planning workshops and equipment demos:

Workshops (Indoor or Outdoor) are technical presentations (1, 2 or 4 hours Indoors; 1 or 2 hours Outdoors) intended to educate attendees on topical subject areas - they are not sales presentations. Workshops should be as unbiased as possible. All workshops must be practically oriented; workshops that include hands-on, interactive sessions are encouraged and will receive preferential placement. Workshops can be presented by company personnel, affiliated personnel, clients/customers or others familiar with your equipment.
